ORDERS & SUPPORT
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure providers.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee modifications.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on demand and destination. Some orders may arrive sooner based on availability and logistics.
WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE 7-14 DAYS?
We focus on controlled production instead of mass distribution. This allows us to maintain quality and avoid overproduction.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
RETURNS
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Refer to our size guide in the product page before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
WILL THE PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES?
We aim for maximum accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and production.
DROPS & AVAILABILITY
ARE MOST PRODUCTS LIMITED?
Yes. Most items are released in limited quantities and may not restock.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS COME BACK
Some pieces may return, but most drops are one-time only.
HOW DO DROPS WORK?
We release products in limited drops. Once sold out, most items won’t return.
